Happy Wednesday! Every week I try to share something practical that helps you grow as a Photography Creator, and this one’s a big one.
Let’s talk about the one thing that completely changed the game for me on social media…
It wasn’t fancy gear.
It wasn’t chasing trends.
It was this:
I realised that every time someone watches your video, they’re giving you 30–60 seconds of their actual life.
Not just a scroll. Not just a view.
A moment of their existence on planet Earth.
That’s a big deal.
And when I started treating every video like it had to give something back, everything started to change.
Instead of obsessing over views or algorithms…
I focused on showing up and providing value.
Twice a day. Every day. For years.
And it worked.
🎯The Consistent Creator Checklist:
- Don’t overthink it.
Spend 6–12 months posting what excites you.
Don’t wait for perfect. Build the habit, build the skill.
- You can’t optimise nothing.
Hashtags, post times, all that stuff? Doesn’t matter unless you’re actually posting.
Get the reps in and learn by doing.
- Consistency without strategy is insanity.
Consistency is the foundation—but once you’ve nailed it, start applying strategy.
Review, adapt, evolve.
- Forget about “quality” at the start.
Prioritise consistency and sustainability.
Your content will get better naturally over time through repetition.
Quantity leads to quality.
If you want to grow, focus on giving real value.
Be helpful. Be generous. Be consistent.
The results will come—maybe not instantly, but inevitably.
